Acceptable Use Policy

Hoopline red lines

• No luxury or designer monograms. You may not create or imitate the monograms, letter marks or patterns of fashion houses and luxury brands. Letter combinations associated with well-known designer marks require you to confirm they are real initials, and we always set letters plainly, never interlocked or mirrored.
• No team, club, school or university crests. This includes badges, emblems, coats of arms and anything designed to look like them.
• Decorative patterns only. Hoopline line art is not a stitching tutorial and must not be presented as official instructions from us.

Never allowed

• Identity documents, passport or ID photos, tickets, receipts, invoices, certificates, diplomas, contracts, prescriptions or other medical documents, money or anything official.
• Real people: portraits, face swaps, likenesses or anything suggesting a real person endorses something.
• Brand logos, trademarks, packaging, cartoon or film characters, or other protected designs you do not own.
• Imitating the personal style of a living artist, or naming an artist to copy their work.
• Sexual content, content involving minors in any harmful way, hate symbols, harassment, violence or weapons.
• Anything unlawful, fraudulent or intended to mislead people about where a design came from, including removing AI labels or watermarks to pass work off as hand-drawn.

Using the service fairly

• Do not share accounts, resell access, or use scripts, bots or scraping tools.
• Do not try to bypass content filters, allowance limits or watermarks.
• Do not resell or give away Hoopline pattern files as patterns, templates or pattern packs.

How we enforce this

Hoopline checks requests automatically and refuses those that break these rules; refused requests do not use your allowance. We may review generation records for abuse. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or closure of an account, as described in the Terms of Service.

Report a concern

If you believe a Hoopline pattern infringes your rights or breaks these rules, email support@gntsdesign.shop with the subject “Report”, describing the content and your concern. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
