Digital Delivery

Hoopline is entirely digital. There is nothing to ship, no postage and no waiting for a parcel.

When you receive it
Patterns are delivered on screen in the generator, usually within 10 to 60 seconds of pressing stitch, with download buttons for each file. Paid plans are active as soon as your first payment succeeds, and we email a confirmation and receipt to the address you gave.
Keep your files
Please download the files you want to keep before leaving the page. Files are created in your browser and we do not keep copies of the finished downloads. If a download fails, contact us with the pattern reference and we will add the pattern back to your allowance.
Requirements
A recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer, tablet or phone. SVG files open in most vector editors, cutting-machine software and embroidery digitising programs.
