Cancellation Policy

Cancelling should be as easy as subscribing. You can do it online at any time, it takes two clicks, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Account and sign in with the email you subscribed with.
  2. Press Cancel subscription, then Confirm cancellation.
  3. We show a confirmation straight away and email it to you.

If you cannot sign in, email support@gntsdesign.shop or call +44 7320664897 (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time). We cancel the same business day and confirm by email. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens after you cancel

  • No further payments are taken.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, so you can use your remaining patterns.
  • After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Patterns you already downloaded remain yours to use under the Pattern Licence.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the day you took it out, without giving any reason.

When you subscribe, you expressly ask us to start your plan immediately, before the 14 days end. This means:

  • if you cancel within 14 days, you pay only a proportionate amount for what you have already used (patterns made, at the monthly price divided by your plan's allowance), and we refund the rest;
  • each pattern you generate and download is digital content supplied with your consent and acknowledgement, so the right to cancel no longer applies to that individual pattern once it has been supplied.

We confirm your request to start immediately in the email we send after you subscribe. Our Refund Policy may give you more than this, in which case we apply whichever is better for you.

To use this right, tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by email or using the model form below. You meet the deadline if you send it before the 14 days end. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used.

Renewal reminders

We email a receipt for every payment with a link to cancel, and send reminder notices before renewals where the law requires, and at least every six months while your subscription continues. We will never renew you onto a higher price without at least 30 days' notice.

If we cancel

We may end a subscription if you seriously break the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy. If we stop offering a plan, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund any payment for a period we cannot provide.
